Closes #321.

  • Modernizes the patching progress header by promoting the active step name to the headline and grouping the patch counter and percentage badges side-by-side.
  • Matches the border and background styling of the resource usage panels and log console to the app's standard card style.
  • Adds localized top-right detail metrics to the Memory, Storage I/O, and CPU graph panels.
  • Implements system-wide physical disk I/O rate polling via OSHI's diskStores.
