chore: Unify CLI & GUI logic into engine

This PR is currently a work in progress as part of the ongoing architectural refactoring to unify duplicated logic across the CLI and GUI into the shared engine module.

• Unifies:
  • ADB device monitoring, daemon lifecycle, package mounting, and link routing into engine.util.AdbManager.
  • Complete patching execution pipeline, split-APK merging, keystore signing, and history recording into engine.PatchEngine.
• Consolidates:
  • Patch resolution, remote source fetching (GitHub, GitLab, PRs), and offline caching into engine.patches.
  • APK and split-bundle inspection, manifest parsing, and CPU architecture detection into engine.apk.ApkInspector.
• Centralizes patch options modeling, value coercion, preferences, and JSON file serialization into engine.options.
• Replaces duplicate CLI and GUI network stacks with a shared HttpService.
• Extracts version parsing, normalization, and comparison logic into engine.util.VersionUtils.
• Removes redundant ad-hoc converters and duplicate models across desktop.command and gui.
