release more checkpoints

This is truly outstanding and meaningful work that significantly advances the field of pancreatic research. When will the checkpoints for nnunet be made publicly available?I'd like to try it out on our dataset.

We have recently released several strong baseline checkpoints, available here.

We have just added an nnU-Net implementation to our leaderboard, with its code, checkpoint, and results on the official test set.
