- Standardize user_groups/display_groups naming across author pages
- Rename SBOL-Canvas/Designer/Explorer folders to SBOLCanvas/SBOLDesigner/SBOLExplorer
- Fix XDC cross-linking with all SynBioSuite members
- Fix people showing up in "Contributed To" sections
- Add project links to author pages missing them
- Remove duplicate YAML keys in two publication files
- Dark theme color improvements and SVG supporting the theme colors
