docs: realign runtime and mcp diagrams

Summary

• clarify in the README that Master Control is the runtime and MCP is one interface on top of it
• replace the old provider-centric README overview diagram with a runtime-first diagram
• replace the main flow diagram so CLI, MCP, and chat are shown as interfaces around the same runtime
