FluoroCam Open FIMGs

This repository contains a Google Colab notebook for processing FluoroCam data using the Open FIMGs pipeline.

How to Use This Notebook with Your Own Data

1. Open the notebook in Google Colab

Click the link below to open the notebook directly in Colab:

Open open_fimgs.ipynb in Colab

Note: You need to be signed in with your Google account (Gmail) to use Colab.

2. Make a copy to your own Google Drive

In Colab, go to:

File > Save a copy in Drive

This creates your own editable copy stored in your Google Drive.

3. Upload your data

4. Update file paths in the notebook Modify file paths in the notebook cells to point to your uploaded data or the mounted Drive files.

5. Run the notebook cells Run the cells sequentially to process your data.
