What
Group route execution state into a private
ExecutionLane, resolve its targets together, and addprivate = trueto model and decision targets. Aliases for the same deployment must agree on that flag.Why
Later slices need a complete restricted execution environment. This keeps the algorithm, clients, runtime models, and auxiliary targets together.
How tested
Runner target resolution and alias-consistency tests passed.
The complete stack also passed workspace tests, strict clippy (including prefill), formatting, and 187 Python tests. No live provider calls.
Notes for reviewers
The flag does not change execution by itself. No public Rust signatures, Python APIs, HTTP endpoints, or ABI changes.
