What
Add route and algorithm context around privacy assessment, retaining the existing nested Driver spans and metrics. Record buffered LLM response identity on those spans.
Why
Operators should be able to attribute classifier work without a second instrumentation path or raw request content in telemetry.
How tested
Workspace tests, strict clippy (including prefill), formatting, Ruff, mypy, 194 Python tests, and TypeScript/Pi checks passed on the complete stack after this refresh. The Python extension was rebuilt first. No live provider calls.
Notes for reviewers
No new public API or ABI changes. No separate observer channel or bespoke classifier span lifecycle.
