Dashboard Preview

CTA Operational Intelligence Dashboard web application screenshot showing a dark themed interface with a left navigation sidebar and a main content area. The header reads CTA Operational Intelligence Dashboard with subtitle Real-Time Child Transfer Analytics & Operational Monitoring System. A green status indicator and label SYSTEM STATUS: Operational Monitoring Active | Real-Time KPI Analytics Running are visible. A panel titled Active Dashboard Configuration lists Selected KPI: Transfer Efficiency and Analysis Mode: Trend Analysis. The left sidebar includes sections Dashboard Filters, Date Range Selection with Start Date 2023/01/12 and End Date 2025/12/21, and KPI Controls showing Select KPI Transfer Efficiency. The page shows a table of metrics such as Children apprehended and placed in CBP custody, Children in CBP custody, Children transferred out of CBP custody, Children in HHS Care, and Children discharged from HHS Care. The overall tone is professional and technical, focused on operational monitoring.

Executive Summary

Executive Summary section displaying a comprehensive dashboard overview with key operational findings. The heading states Developed a comprehensive dashboard using Python, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, & streamlit. Six bullet points describe performance metrics: Transfer efficiency showed declining operational performance during later periods; Discharge effectiveness experienced a significant structural reduction during 2025; Pipeline throughput displayed high variability, indicating inconsistent workflow capacity; Bottleneck alerts revealed periods of operational congestion and backlog accumulation; Correlation analysis identified discharge effectiveness as the strongest factor influencing backlog reduction; Overall system performance suggests fluctuating operational stability within the care transition pipeline. Below are two insight boxes: a blue Correlation Insights section explaining that values near +1 indicate strong positive relationships, values near -1 indicate strong inverse relationships, values near 0 indicate weak relationships, and correlations should be used to identify operational dependencies between KPIs. A green section highlights the Strongest KPI: Pipeline Throughput, Weakest KPI: Discharge Effectiveness, and Overall Health Score: 48.6/100. The tone is professional and analytical, conveying both achievement in dashboard development and concern about operational performance metrics.
