- Add useCountdown hook (1s interval, returns days/hours/minutes/seconds/expired) - Add QueueCountdown component (shows remaining time or 'Ready to withdraw') - Replace static '17 days' text in BackstopActionPanel with live QueueCountdown - Pass queueExpiresAt prop through BackstopPanel → BackstopActionPanel
