Adds the code to hide the top bar and prevent blank pages at launch of app, this being an issue when hiding the top bar. Also prevents swiping left or right to go to the For You page. Best option would be to disable horizontal swipe completely.
There still is to convert this code into an option that can be toggled on or off.
