Test data

This page contains test scenarios for developers and those testing new versions. The idea is to have a GEDCOM that can be used for testing all different scenarios. As we need new scenarios for testing GVExport, the scenarios should be added here, and the GEDCOM should be updated if current records don't provide the required scenario.

This page is still in development, but the end result should have:

• A table of scenarios and details of the records that fulfill the scenario.
• A GEDCOM that can be loaded into a blank tree in webtrees for use in testing.
• Every individual should have a different first name - no double ups

GEDCOM

Copy the below into a text file using notepad or your favourite text editor, and save as "gvexporttext.ged".

Create a new tree from the control panel in webtrees, and then click on the new tree. Choose the option to Import, and select the file you have created. This tree now has the test data in it.
