Stratum comes packaged with a bunch of chassis configs that it uses to set up the port configuration.
The current config for this switch incorrectly sets up the last port as a single 100g interface (from 4 lanes), when in fact it is an internal port that uses each of these lanes individually; 2 lanes are linked to the host, and 2 are linked to the PTP board.
We either need to update the upstream Stratum repository, or provide a chassis config somewhere in the myriad of repos we have. Probably best to update upstream, but lets track here for time being.
