• Add Spring Cloud Azure Dependencies (BOM) section to sdk/spring/CHANGELOG.md
• Add Azure Spring Data Cosmos section to sdk/spring/CHANGELOG.md
• Update sdk/spring/azure-spring-data-cosmos/CHANGELOG.md (replace Unreleased with 2026-03-25)
• Aggregate content from other sdk/spring/xxx/CHANGELOG.md files into top-level CHANGELOG.md (no content to aggregate - all empty)
• Update all other sdk/spring/xxx/CHANGELOG.md files to reference main CHANGELOG.md
• Create PR: Prepare for Spring Cloud Azure 6.2.0 release (PR Prepare for Spring Cloud Azure 6.2.0 release #47)
