This is the first production release of TransTrack. It supersedes the evaluation pre-release (v1.0.0).

Inactivation prevention suite (v1.2.0)

  • Inactivation Prevention Action Queue — ranks the entire active waitlist into a coordinator action queue with one recommended intervention per patient, urgency multiplier, and a center-level 90-day projection of expected inactivations avoided
  • Prevention Outcomes — logs every coordinator action with the engine score at the moment of action, the measured after-score, and center-level effectiveness by intervention type
  • Alert Rules Engine — seven-rule catalog (PATIENT_ENTERED_CRITICAL, EVAL_EXPIRED, EVAL_EXPIRING_SOON, HIGH_BARRIER_OPENED, SCORE_JUMPED, CONTACT_LAPSED, AHHQ_EXPIRED) ready for in-app banners, SIEM forwarding, or CDS Hooks consumption

  • Full SHAP-style per-factor decomposition — every score is explainable
  • Counterfactual simulation: simulateIntervention answers "if we resolve this barrier, the score drops from 78 to 41"

Upgrade from v1.0.0

  1. Uninstall the previous build via Windows Add/Remove Programs.
  2. Run the new installer — the database migration runs automatically on first launch.
  3. Verify the first-launch health check passes (Settings → System Health).

Known limitations

  • macOS: Gatekeeper will show a warning until the Apple Developer certificate is provisioned. Windows installer is fully code-signed.
  • Third-party pentest: Internal assessment complete; external engagement in progress (Q3 2026).

This is the evaluation installer for potential buyers to try TransTrack before purchase.

Installation note (Windows)

Windows will show a SmartScreen warning on first run:

"Windows protected your PC"

This is expected for unsigned evaluation builds. To proceed:

  1. Click "More info"
  2. Click "Run anyway"

The app will then install and launch normally.
