Versioned scan history: records a snapshot on each scan, seeds a prior scan on
saveRepo, and surfaces trajectory — a health sparkline on library cards and a History strip on the Verdict tab. Backup envelope v2 round-trips snapshots + decisions.(Supersedes #25, which GitHub auto-closed when its base branch
