- mcp_stats citation now leads with the corpus-wide '% grade D or F' + '% A or B' (strong, intuitive) instead of the narrow, easily-stale security-sample %. - scheduled.ts recomputes the security report every 6h so /reports + /api/v1/mcp/stats stay current on their own (no manual ?refresh=1). 229 tests green.
