Add project wiki page

I added wiki page. To merge it to your repo, do the following:

``` shell
$ git clone https://github.com/Nikonz/OuterSpace.wiki.git
$ cd OuterSpace.wiki

# squashing all forked repo's changes
$ git pull https://github.com/Nafanya/OuterSpace.wiki.git master

$ git push origin master
```
