GitHub renders the root
README.mdon the repository home by default, so only the English introduction was directly visible there. This change adds a compact bilingual introduction at the top of
README.md, with English and French summaries visible immediately. English remains canonical, andREADME.fr.mdremains the complete French mirror. No product content, code, tests, manifests, or lockfile were modified. The GitHub description, topics, tags, and releases remain unchanged.
This pull request remains draft until Work verifies the rendered page and CI, and the user validates the result. No merge is authorized in this mission.
