Closes #27

Summary

  • route search:keyword to the lexical/BM25 index
  • add CLI regression coverage for keyword results and semantic-index isolation

Verification

  • npm run typecheck
  • npm run build
  • npm test (21 files, 56 tests)
  • macOS live CLI E2E (Darwin arm64, Node v26.8.1)
  • Windows live CLI E2E (MINGW64_NT x86_64, Node v24.20.0)

Evidence is captured in the task notepad and local QA artifacts.

Keep lexical routing for search:keyword and search --mode keyword, and lock both CLI entry points with regression tests that do not require a semantic index.
