rc.34 版本 bump。

版本：1.0.0-rc.33+dsh-0.2.0-rc.2 → 1.0.0-rc.34+dsh-0.2.0-rc.2

随本 rc 一并发布的内容：

• 面间通信改造：拆掉直投通道与共享存储，统一为同页 BroadcastChannel + 通用落地面（INTENT_SPECS 单点描述符表）。
• 接住 CodeRabbit 三条：清掉 app.ts 的收尾空壳、app-shell 只在 stopped 停表、surface-bridge 身份到位后重建广播总线；顺带清掉同批死代码。

版本文件全套（package.json / manifest.json / cordis 三包 / bundle / CHANGELOG）由 pnpm version prerelease --no-git-tag-version 的 version 钩子同步产出，已过 HEAD 版本门禁与 tag preflight。

合并后 tag 打在 merge 提交上：v1.0.0-rc.34+dsh-0.2.0-rc.2，触发 Release。
