  • 阶段 1b:新增 githana_repo / githana_issue / githana_label

  • build / selfcheck(problems=0) / derive --check(0 漂移) / fetch-vendor --check / pack(官方静态校验通过)

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • New Features
    • GitHub tools are now organized into Git, repository, pull request, issue, label, and API categories.
    • Added tools for managing issues and labels, creating and browsing repositories, reading remote files, and handling pull requests—including reviews, checks, branch updates, and local checkout.
    • The API tool supports REST and GraphQL requests, including write methods.
  • Changes
    • The standalone local Git status and log actions, and the previous read/write tool split, are no longer available.
    • Invalid action parameters now receive schema-based validation feedback.

  discriminatedUnion 做运行期校验(失败返回全部 issues 的英文原文 + 一行中文引导);
  模型面 parameters 由 z.toJSONSchema 派生平表(顶层不带 oneOf,避免 tool_help 摘要变空);
  每分支 extend({ context }) 放行宿主注入的调用上下文。
- zod 投影为随包库文件 bin/zod.min.mjs(385.7 KB,形态与 openpgp.min.mjs 一致,

- tools/githana-git.js:githana_git(exec / commit / push,自有本地 git 动作)
- tools/githana-pr.js:githana_pr(17 个动词,ready 留阶段 2)
- tools/githana-api.js:githana_api(单动词逃生门,不声明 action,required=[path])
- tools/lib/surface.js:新增 createSingleSurface(单动词装配路径),createSurface 的

行为变化:githana_pr 整体声明 external_side_effect,其 list / view / status / diff /

Co-authored-by: HanaAgent <313794804+HanaAgent@users.noreply.github.com>
(edit / delete / rename / archive / unarchive / set-default / autolink / deploy-key)

- tools/githana-repo.js:10 动词;clone / sync 走本地 git(REST 给不出带 .git 的本地仓库)
- tools/githana-issue.js:15 动词;delete / develop / pin / unpin / transfer 走 GraphQL
- tools/githana-label.js:5 动词

📝 Walkthrough

The pull request replaces the read/write tool split with six noun-specific GitHub tools. It adds Zod-based action schemas, new repository, pull request, issue, and label actions, shared helpers, and a standalone Zod runtime library.

Changes: GitHana tool suite

Layer / File(s) Summary
Shared schemas and surface validation
tools/lib/params.js, tools/lib/surface.js, tools/lib/gh.js, tools/lib/verbs.js, tools/lib/github.js, README.md
Shared Zod schemas now define action inputs. Surfaces build model parameters, strictly validate runtime inputs, format validation issues, and provide cross-tool routing guidance. Shared GitHub helpers resolve repository context and authentication.
Git and API action schemas
tools/actions/git/*, tools/actions/api.js
Git actions and the API action declare Zod schemas instead of legacy field declarations. The API action accepts its declared HTTP methods on a single surface and includes side-effect metadata.
Repository actions
tools/actions/repo/*, tools/lib/repo.js
Adds repository creation, listing, viewing, cloning, forking, synchronization, template and license lookup, and remote directory and file reading. Shared helpers format repository metadata and decode file contents.
Pull request actions
tools/actions/pr/*, tools/lib/pr.js
Adds pull request queries and operations, including checks, reviews, editing, state changes, checkout, revert, and branch updates. Shared helpers resolve PR numbers and summarize PR state and checks.
Issue actions
tools/actions/issue/*, tools/lib/issue.js, tools/lib/graphql.js
Adds issue creation, listing, viewing, status, editing, comments, state changes, transfer, development branches, locking, pinning, and deletion. Shared helpers handle issue lookup, PR detection, formatting, and GraphQL requests.
Label actions
tools/actions/label/*, tools/lib/label.js
Adds label cloning, creation, editing, deletion, and listing, with shared color normalization and output formatting.
Tool registration and legacy surface removal
app.js, tools/githana-*.js, tools/githana.js, tools/githana-read.js, tools/actions/status.js, tools/actions/log.js
The app registers six noun-specific tools and removes the former read/write surfaces and standalone status and log actions. Each new tool assembles its action modules and declares permission metadata.
Runtime packaging and supporting documentation
scripts/build-*.mjs, scripts/derive/*, scripts/selfcheck.mjs, scripts/derive/licenses/mit-zod.txt, README.md, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md, skills/githana/SKILL.md, .gitignore, package.json
The build produces and checks bin/zod.min.mjs as a standalone runtime library. Documentation and notices describe the tool layout, validation, permissions, and Zod license. The temporary-file ignore rule also matches files, and a root-level local-data path is ignored.

Merge Risk: 🟡 Moderate · up to 1930e

The new clone and sync actions accept branch or directory values that git can treat as options, which can run local commands. The issue develop action fails for most repositories because a required variable is never sent. Reverting a rebase-merged PR can leave some of its commits in place. Fix these before merging.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

force=true fails when the target branch is checked out.

git fetch refuses to update refs/heads/<branch> when that branch is the current HEAD. Git reports "refusing to fetch into branch ... checked out". A common workflow triggers this. The user runs checkout once, stays on the branch, and runs it again with force=true to get the PR's latest commits. The forced refresh always fails in that case. Fetch into FETCH_HEAD and then move the branch with git checkout -B. -B resets the branch to the new commit, and Git refuses the switch if local edits conflict.

GitHub GraphQL API revertPullRequest mutation official documentation permissions gh pr revert implementation

💡 Result:

- **GraphQL mutation:** `revertPullRequest` creates a new PR reversing a **merged** PR. Its input takes the original PR’s node ID (`pullRequestId`), with optional `title`, `body`, and `draft`; the result includes both the original PR and the new revert PR. ([docs.github.com](https://docs.github.com/en/graphql/reference/pulls))
- **Example:**
  ```graphql
  mutation($id: ID!) {
    revertPullRequest(input: {pullRequestId: $id}) {
      revertPullRequest { url number }
    }
  }
  ```
- **Permissions:** The mutation reference does not specify a minimum role or token permission scope. So the precise permission requirement isn’t established by that documentation; the caller must be authorized to create a PR in the target repository. ([docs.github.com](https://docs.github.com/en/graphql/reference/pulls))
- **`gh pr revert` implementation:** In the current `trunk` source (not a pinned release), the CLI resolves the PR, checks that its state is `MERGED`, then calls its GraphQL API helper with `pullRequestId` and draft/title/body options. It leaves title and body unset unless supplied, preserving GitHub’s defaults. ([github.com](https://github.com/cli/cli/blob/trunk/pkg/cmd/pr/revert/revert.go)) The command’s documented flags are `--draft`, `--title`, `--body`, and `--body-file`. ([cli.github.com](https://cli.github.com/manual/gh_pr_revert))

🌐 Web query:

site:docs.github.com REST pull request merge_commit_sha rebase merge last commit documentation

💡 Result:

The REST docs say `merge_commit_sha` is **not necessarily a merge commit**:

- Before the PR is merged, it contains the SHA of GitHub’s test merge commit.
- After a rebase merge, it contains the SHA of the commit the base branch was updated to.
- After a squash merge, it contains the SHA of the squashed commit; after a merge-commit merge, it contains the merge commit’s SHA. ([docs.github.com](https://docs.github.com/en/rest/pulls/pulls))

GitHub’s rebase-and-merge docs clarify that commits are added individually, without a merge commit, and get new SHAs. ([docs.github.com](https://docs.github.com/en/pull-requests/reference/pull-request-merges?source=post_page---------------------------)) So the API docs establish that `merge_commit_sha` is the updated base-branch commit after a rebase; they don’t explicitly call it “the last rebased PR commit.”

Citations:

- 1: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/pulls/pulls
- 2: https://docs.github.com/en/pull-requests/reference/pull-request-merges?source=post_page---------------------------

Rebase-merged PRs get only a partial revert.

For a rebase-merged PR, GitHub sets merge_commit_sha to the commit that updates the base branch. Rebase merging adds the PR commits individually, without a merge commit. The code therefore runs one git revert --no-edit <mergeSha> and can leave earlier PR commits applied.

GitHub provides the revertPullRequest GraphQL mutation, and gh pr revert uses it. Replace the local Git flow with this mutation. Pass the PR node ID and preserve the title, body, and draft options. Remove the mandatory cwd requirement and update the metadata and documentation.

Reject a branch or remote value that starts with - before you run git.

User-supplied branch goes into git fetch <remote> <branch> with no check. A value like --upload-pack=<cmd> makes git parse it as an option. That option can run a local command. The check at Line 172 does not block this, because a value starting with - can still be passed in. The merge and rebase arguments also use these values. Reject values that start with -. Also put -- before the positional arguments of fetch.

Review comment at @tools/actions/repo/sync.js around lines 156 - 198:
Validate that `branch` and `upstreamRemote` do not start with `-` before
invoking Git, and return a parameter error if either value does. In the fetch
call, also add `--` before the remote and branch positional arguments; keep the
existing merge and rebase behavior unchanged.

- issue/develop:variables 补上 repoId(与 developMutation(!!repoNodeId) 同判据)——
  此前仓库有 node_id 时会报 'Variable $repoId of required type ID! was not provided'
- tools/actions/api:method 改 z.preprocess 先归一大小写再进 enum(收敛前小写可用);
- pr/status:reviews 补 paginate:true(与 view/review 对齐,默认只读 30 条)
