This PR adds the Apache Polaris lakehouse example with Bronze, Silver and Gold datasets.
It introduces the example runtime, Helm chart, notebooks, and documentation needed to demonstrate the OKDP lakehouse flow with Polaris, Iceberg, SeaweedFS, Trino, Jupyter, Superset and Keycloak.
