No hamlib/cat control on Debian 13/Trixie

running/using rigctld is a workaround

It appears to me that this hamlib stuff might sometimes be quite fragile.

I have observed similar behaviour on MacOS with a (tr)uSDX and JTDX: rigctl / rigctld works, but direct hamlib in JTDX fails.
