1.0.1 predated the @reverse signal OOLD-EXT-6d10 mandates and vendored no meta-schema newer than rc.3, so CI gated releases with a validator that could not see the rules it was checking.

CI therefore gated releases with a validator that could not see the rules it was checking: rc.4 and rc.5 added 19 rules invisible to it.oold2.0.0 vendors through1.0.0-rc.5(OO-LD/oold-python#169) and emits schemas that validate against it (OO-LD/oold-python#162).make validatewith the new pin: 380 ok and 76 ok, 0 failed, unchanged from 1.0.1. Thecoverage.ruleswarning still lists 21 of 47 machine-checkable rules without a check,OOLD-SCH-96a3among them; that is the conformance-programme work, not this change.
