This template is built for solo founders, one-person LLCs, and freelancers — not teams:
- Minimize fixed costs — no agent ever suggests "let's hire someone"
- Cash flow first — current liquidity beats projected revenue
- Get it in writing — legal/contract advice always pushes toward written agreements
- Defer to professionals — final legal/tax/accounting decisions explicitly defer to lawyers and CPAs
