PR #5 was merged before these four commits landed on its branch, so main still has the Hugging Face setup. This brings the Cloud Run version that is live now.

  • deploy/Dockerfile, deploy/start.sh: host-neutral demo image (app + verifier on localhost). Replaces deploy/hf-space/.
  • deploy/cloud-run.sh: build HEAD for linux/amd64, store NEBIUS_API_KEY in Secret Manager, deploy with max one instance; image storage keeps the two newest images.
  • Planning docs and project CLAUDE.md: hosting is Cloud Run, OPS-05 done.

Live since 05.10.: https://verdict-678224659019.europe-west1.run.app (real invoice → OUTPUT, validator ACCEPTABLE).

Hugging Face now requires PRO for Docker Spaces, so the free option is gone.
The container is host-neutral (deploy/Dockerfile, deploy/start.sh) and
deploy/cloud-run.sh builds HEAD for linux/amd64, stores the Nebius key from
.env in Secret Manager without printing it, and deploys one scale-to-zero
service capped at one instance.

Artifact Registry keeps only the two newest images, so storage stays in
the free tier. OPS-05 now targets Cloud Run; account setup is pending.
