Nemotron filled a missing seller city with the buyer's city (both share a postcode) and put the buyer's electronic address into the seller slot; both ended in a valid XRechnung with an invented field. A printed line that occurs once now belongs to the party whose name or street is closest, in assembly and in the patch guard. Also: BT-121 must be a VATEX code, category O derives VATEX-EU-O (BR-O-10), a VAT ID needs digits, and a seller identifier may not just repeat the company name. …EP-04) Until now an unresolved validator rejection without anything to ask showed as "the document contradicts itself". Such runs now end FAILED with a REJECTED audit event and the Rejected stamp. Before: clean 41/45, noisy 23/30, mutated 26/28 (13 types). Single-run LLM variance is visible in both directions; the mutated misses are model misses on contact fields, not rule regressions.
Typecheck and 86 tests green. UI checked by server-side rendering the recorded result (the local headless browser hung on this machine).
