Make adult slingshot check for slingshot - #2606

Currently, only actually checks for "is_adult and bow and can_equipswap_adult", and that "item" is slingshot. It does not actually check that you have the slingshot. This makes it also check for the slingshot.

Testing
Made sure I didn't screw up the syntax by generating a seed with it.
