Add interactive -i prompt for oafp

Motivation

• Provide an interactive wizard to make OpenAF ask* functionality and the various oafp options easier to configure for users.
• Allow users to supply file= or data= and then interactively set input type/options, transformations, output type/options and additional options before running.
• Surface the new interactive flow in usage and completion metadata so shells and docs reflect the feature.

• Skip -i when auto-detecting a positional file and add an interactive check so -i doesn't get interpreted as a filename.
• Add a new _askInteractive function that uses askStruct to prompt the user and map answers into params (sets params.type, params.format and merges JSON/SLON option maps).
