Comment out LocationPermissionDialog import, its state and rendering in ChatLayout and instead call fetchLocation(..., { trackBrowserDecision: true }) so the native browser prompt is used. This removes the custom location permission popup flow. Also add a generated tsconfig.tsbuildinfo file (build metadata).
