I don't see 10bit support when I compile from source

If it is xAVC it needs to be 10bit. Can you provide compile instructions if there's a 10bit option?

./configure --bit-depth=10

But in x264 mainline which this branch will be rebased on after testing is completed doesn't need this any more.
