• take subjects emerged from lit mining, find corresponding UW departments/school. Send out survey to faculty members from selected School/departments. Monitoring a list of potential participants https://www.washington.edu/about/academics/departments/

• Contact those who left name/email for interview

• ask them feedback on survey/interview

• open data institute in UK / twitter / open data working group
