Hello Bereket,

Thanks for adding building instructions for windows pull request! But I'm confused.

1. Are you able to build a slave (.exe) that runs on Windows?
2. Were you doing a cross-platform build?
3. When I follow your instructions, I run into missing cc.h and sys\params.h files. I don't see these files in Visual Studio folders. Were did you get them?
