Changes from v0.2

• 🔥 The entire Saved Games\OpenKneeboard folder is now deleted, including any additional files that were not created by OpenKneeboard. This solves issues when Saved Games\OpenKneeboard is owned by another user or requires elevation. Previous versions only deleted the JSON configuration files.
• ✨ The OpenKneeboard backups, logs, and temporary files folders can now also be deleted. Similarly, the primary purpose is to fix administrator/elevation issues
• 🐛 If nothing is repairable, 'remove all' is now selected by default
