…load usePinataHealth is already wired into the create wizard's upload step (banner, retry, aria-live, disabled input) — annotate the existing implementation to make the coverage explicit.
…onTable rows Rows were mouse-only focusable, so keyboard users couldn't operate the invoice comparison grid. Wire useRovingTabIndex so arrow/Home/End move a single tab stop across rows, and announce the focused row via an aria-live region for WCAG keyboard operability.
