The other half of the openMW side.
I tried to keep it limited to definitions. However there are a few extras. The main change is saying "don't flip BPTC" and a "fix" for Image::computeRowWidthInBytes that was causing stride issue on BPTC. Honestly surprised it didn't show up in the other formats.
Misc changes:
If someone does call for a vertical flip on BPTC, then it is just ignored. These code sections can be removed, but it is left in for safety.
