buzz-dkg: org maintainer + re-pin to current main - #24

The integration now lives under the OriginTrail org, so maintainer moves to @OriginTrail/core-developers, matching the other first-party entries. Authorship stays with Žiga Drev via LICENSE/NOTICE and the commit history — this field records who is responsible for the integration, not who wrote it. Also re-pins commit to 806b4e78, the current repo HEAD (README entry-point work plus a fix to a setup example that used the demo's curator address).
