A small FastAPI dashboard that wraps yazio-exporter. Enter your Yazio email, password, and a date-time range, then download a ZIP archive containing the exported JSON files and generated report files.

Only needed are username/email and Password for exporting:

multiple saved exports can be viewed (just select them via id):
Charts page
Daily summaries:
The export form uses compact inputs with dates in DD-MM-YYYY format and 24-hour time fields.
The browse view loads filtered slices from the server for large files and also shows charts for:
- body weight trends
- daily calorie trends
- nutrient trends with a nutrient selector
- and more
The browse view also supports a table view for the filtered preview and chart downloads as PNG or SVG.
The dashboard layout is intentionally compact so it fits smaller deployments cleanly.
The app logs in with yazio-exporter, then runs the step-by-step export pipeline for the selected date range:
loginprofiledaysweightnutrientsproductssummaryreport
The exporter works with dates, so the dashboard converts the selected datetimes to their date portion before calling the CLI.
Install dependencies:
pip install -r requirements.txtStart the web app:
uvicorn app.main:app --reloadOpen http://127.0.0.1:8000.
You can also run the exporter logic without the web UI:
python export_yazio.py you@email.com yourpassword 2024-01-01 2024-12-31Build and run:
docker build -t yazio-export-dashboard .
docker run --rm -p 8000:8000 yazio-export-dashboardThen open http://localhost:8000.
The container starts the app automatically through docker-entrypoint.sh, so deployment only needs the image startup command.
Each run creates a ZIP archive under runs/<job-id>/yazio-export.zip and stores the generated files in runs/<job-id>/output/.
Open the Browse JSON tab to inspect existing export runs. The dashboard loads the saved JSON files from runs/<job-id>/output/ and lets you:
- switch between export runs
- choose a JSON file such as
days.json,weight.json, orproducts.json - search across keys and values
- filter records by
FromandTodates where the JSON contains date-like fields - page through large result sets without shipping the full file to the browser
- view weight, calorie, and nutrient trend charts for the selected run
- switch the filtered preview between raw JSON and table form
- download charts as PNG or SVG
