Hi,
Merge request consists of 2 main updates:
1- add support for a survival object input with three columns: survival::Surv( time_entry, time_exit, status ). The added features affect only the ODACH_CC pipeline.
2- add a pipeline to calculate risk sets and Prentice weights for a three columned style survival object when calculating hazard ratios.
