Major Update: Implementation of Astropy Tables

• The new version now builds on the Astropy Table infrastructure instead of numpy dictionaries. The output now will be a escv-file instead of a npy-file.
• Further optional features implemented, such as an user-input mask and the option to fill existing PyStructure (i.e. skip over cubes already included in the PyStructure).
