- Bump version 0.1.0 → 0.2.0 (environment.yml)
- Replace hardcoded test badge with live GitHub Actions badge (already present)
- Update test table: 23 files, 1052 tests (was 7 files, 161 tests)
- Add package tree with all current source files
- Mark 17 roadmap items complete, define next milestones
- Add CHANGELOG.md with [0.2.0] and [0.1.0] entries
