Settings View

UI for editing user settings. Depends on the settings store issue landing first.

Scope

• Dedicated view (not a flyout) reachable from the main chrome.
• Sections grouped by concern (Accounts, Appearance, Calendars, Behavior).
• Each control bound two-way to the settings store; changes apply live where possible.
• Re-authentication entry point lives here (currently buried).

Out of scope

• Adding new settable options that don't already exist as AppSettings consts — only expose what's there. New options land in their own feature issues.
