Add Voltage Regulator

A voltage regulator would allow for a significant increase in the utility of the device.

Things to keep in mind:

1. Boost regulating would allow for significant extension of battery life.
2. Adding a high/low regulator would allow for LiPo battery connection. If the appropriate regulator is selected, this could even apply to two LiPo AAA-sized cells.
3. Any regulator increases cost.
4. Physical space on the device is at a premium.
