Can we also cherry pick changes to verify libcamera is version 0.6 in our cmake build? |

Technically, what I had is just compatible with libcamera 0.6, and didn't require libcamera 0.6. |

Gotcha! Since I don't see a reason we'd change this driver at this point in 2027, let's try to just fix everything at once here, including bumping our image? That might require PhotonVision/photon-image-modifier#136 goes first, which is OK with me |

This updates to libcamera 0.6, to unblock upstream compatibility with PhotonVision/photon-image-modifier#136.
