All 3 of the planned pop-up notifications for the BookRider web app have been added:

web-app-pop-up-librarian - pop-up notification when a new book order is made for the librarian's library library-submission-pop-up-notification - pop-up notification when a new library addition request is submitted in the System Administrator's dashboard driver-notification-pop-up - pop-up notification when a new driver addition request is submitted in the System Administrator's dashboard
