fix: Add Dockerfile to project root for CI/CD Docker build - #14

🐳 DOCKER BUILD FIX: - Copied deployment/docker/Dockerfile to project root - Resolves 'open Dockerfile: no such file or directory' error - CI/CD Docker build now has required Dockerfile at expected location 📋 DOCKERFILE FEATURES: - Python 3.11-slim base image - Production-ready configuration - HTTP server mode (port 8000) - Health check endpoint - Non-root user security - Proper volume mounts for logs/data/exports/backups ✅ CI/CD Docker build will now succeed
