feat(theme): add rose comfort mode

Summary

• extend the theme context from light/dark to light/rose/dark
• update navbar and reusable theme toggles with rose-mode icon and accessible next-mode labels
• add global Rose Comfort CSS overrides for soft rose surfaces, readable deep text, warm borders, inputs, shadows, nav glass, and matching gradients

Validation

• npm run build
• npm run lint currently fails before project diagnostics because ESLint throws in @typescript-eslint/no-unused-expressions: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'allowShortCircuit')
