I reviewed the codebase and identified that src/main.py was a duplicate/incorrect version of the root main.py, so I removed it.
I also found that UtilityWasteDetector was not fully implemented. I implemented the detection logic for wasted flashes (flashes with no follow-up kills within 2 seconds).
To support this, I updated src/parser/demo_parser.py to extract player names for grenade events.
I added comprehensive tests in tests/test_mistakes.py to verify the new functionality and ensure robustness against missing column data.
All tests are passing.

- Added unit tests for `UtilityWasteDetector` including handling of missing round columns.
- Verified all 177 tests pass.
