Add K8s deployment manifests for the following services: - broker: Kafka broker in KRaft mode - kafka-connect: Kafka Connect for Neo4j integration - ckn-dashboard: Analytics dashboard - oracle-alert-processor: Camera traps alert processor - oracle-aggr-processor: Camera traps aggregation processor Includes: - Namespace, ConfigMap, and Secrets configuration - Init containers for service dependency ordering - Health checks (readiness/liveness probes) - Resource requests and limits - Kustomization for single-command deployment
